A total of seven classic and thoughtfully designed two and three-bedroom riverside apartments, created by modern living specialists Fruition Properties, combine classic contemporary finishes with high quality materials and generous living spaces. Serving the community of East London, this centre provides high quality medical care from a newly refurbished building. In keeping with these modern facilities, Vicaima laminate and maple veneered fire doors were chosen. Extra wide doors were specified for improved accessibility, together with certified fire performance and easily assembled door kits.

Vicaima are pleased to have been chosen to supply the latest on-trend interior doors, to specialist residential developer, Bellway Homes; for an affordable luxury urban apartment project in the heart of Glasgow. Working in conjunction with partners Rowan Manufacturing, Vicaima’s Visual Sensations Cross Directional Woodgrain (CDW) doors, in Alpine Grey finish were selected for use throughout these 1,2 and 3 bedroomed homes.

Chosen by select Scottish residential developer, Hadden Homes; for an attractive collection of 3 and 4 bedroomed houses at Glenluie Green in the rural village of Meigle, Perthshire. All rooms throughout the properties have been fitted with Vicaima veneered doors from the Naturdor® Range. Supplied with ‘A’ Grade Crown Cut North American Oak and face finished in a satin lacquer, their high-quality figured grain gives a luxury feel. In addition, Hadden Homes selected a ‘finishing touch’, with the inclusion of face grooving in the form of four horizontal lines with a contrasting darker stain, to create a contemporary 5 panel design.
